Belle et moderne villa près de Sa Pobla avec une belle vue sur la montagne. La maison a une surface habitable d'environ 250 m². Le rez-de-chaussée, par l'entrée à votre droite, vous obtenez les escaliers qui vous mènent au deuxième étage, sur votre côté gauche, vous voyez la première chambre à coucher et devant une salle à manger dans un concept ouvert avec la salle de séjour entièrement équipée, aussi la cuisine est super moderne avec un bbq. Au premier étage, il y a deux autres salles de bains et trois chambres. Du balcon, vous pouvez profiter des vues fantastiques sur la campagne majorquine. La maison dispose de l'air conditionné et du chauffage central.
A l'extérieur, la maison a un grand jardin avec une grande piscine et une salle de bain. L'endroit offre un bel espace où famille et amis peuvent vivre des moments inoubliables.

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser Villa gewesen. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Internet wurde verbessert und hat jetzt eine tolle Qualität. Somit wurden uns in plus
Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser Villa gewesen. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Internet wurde verbessert und hat jetzt eine tolle Qualität. Somit wurden uns in diesem Jahr zusätzliche Roamingkosten erspart. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen und komme sicher wieder.

Eine Finca in mitten von landwirtschaftlich genutzten Flächen. Das Gebäude lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der riesige Garten wird Top gepflegt. Der Pool ist größer als mancher Hotelpool. Für meine Frau, unseren drei Kindern und mich war es eine sehr schöplus

Für meine Frau, unseren drei Kindern und mich war es eine sehr schöne Zeit, wir haben das zweite mal Finca Urlaub gemacht und werden dies wohl auch weiterhin tun. Bis zu Bucht von Alcudia sind es circa 15 Autominuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend.

Die Filtersiebe von den Waschmaschinen und dem Geschirrspüler müssten mal gereinigt werden. Aber das ist klagen auf hohen Niveau.

Die Qualität der WLAN war miserabel - eigentlich nicht vorhanden. Bei so einem Anwesen und dem Preis, ein ganz klarer Minuspunkt. Die Ausstattung "WiFi" dürfte diese Finca nicht angeben.
Der Eigentümer kam ständig unangekündigt auf das Anwesen, um Aplus

Der Eigentümer kam ständig unangekündigt auf das Anwesen, um Arbeiten zu verrichten. Die Abrechnung des Stroms war eine böse Überraschung (250€). Das 4-Fache im Vergleich zum Vorjahr in einer anderen Finca, obwohl wir uns gleich verhalten haben. Fazit: Tolle Finca mit WLAN wäre sie PERFEKT! |

Leider fehlte für uns eine Kaffeemaschine, die wir dann gekauft haben. Im Bad mit Wanne wäre eine Dusche besser. Wir haben immer im Poolhaus geduscht.

Spacious, beautiful and very clean villa plenty big enough for 8 (we noticed a cot in one of the downstairs rooms so could possibly accommodate 8 plus a baby?) Great location for cycling and exploring northern Mallorca, not a massive amount in Sa Pobplus
Spacious, beautiful and very clean villa plenty big enough for 8 (we noticed a cot in one of the downstairs rooms so could possibly accommodate 8 plus a baby?) Great location for cycling and exploring northern Mallorca, not a massive amount in Sa Pobla itself but the villa is very near a main road for access to all local places (no noise or security issues though) and 2 min drive from the nearest supermarket. All facilities you could need very provided including pool towels, toilet roll and all cleaning products (could do with more bin liners to last the stay though), plenty of kitchen equipment if you wish to cook and lots of hot water and powerful showers (we have found these things a problem with other villas we have stayed in)

This was another euro180 on top of the villa cost, it would be bette to add another euro100 onto the cost of the villa and not charge this at all.
The pool is quite deep all throughout-just a note, not a problem for us though. The only other negative was there being only one shower inside the property which is off the main living area. There is also a very nice modern shower/bathroom next to the pool outside , but it would be better to have showers in the two bathrooms upstairs - there are handheld showers in each bathroom upstairs but no good for an actual shower - ok for rinsing children though. In the en-suite this would easily solved by a glass screen above the bath. |

We booked a stay at the villa last minute, not having previously been to Mallorca so not really knowing what to expect. The villa is stunning and in a great location. It feels like you're in the middle of no where with nothing around, it is really prplus
We booked a stay at the villa last minute, not having previously been to Mallorca so not really knowing what to expect. The villa is stunning and in a great location. It feels like you're in the middle of no where with nothing around, it is really private but just a few minutes down the road is the supermarket and a Lidl so we were able to stock up easily on food, drink and essentials during our stay. The villa had a guide on the local area and beaches to visit which was really helpful. It was a short drive approx. 15 minutes to Platja De Muro which is a stunning beach with lots going on around. With the villa being so lovely and having an amazing pool we spent most of our time there. The owner met us at the property on arrival and came to look after the garden and pool every couple of days. He was so lovely and helpful and nothing was too much for him. We can't recommend the villa enough and also Mallorca Charme who provided great communication and help throughout the booking and our stay.

Die zwei Bäder im Obergeschoß haben keine Dusche oder einen Duschvorhang, dies ist sehr schade, da man im Urlaub normalerweise duscht und nicht badet. Das Doppelbett im EG ist eine Zumutung, das es nur eine Gesamthöhe von ca. 30cm hat. Dies ist nichtplus

Ferner kommt am Ende nochmal ne gesalzene Stromrechnung auf einem zu, da wir nicht mit 280.-€ für 10 Tage gerechnet haben.

kitchen contents need to be replaced(pans etc are warped and overused), not enough cutlery, glasses. Too much concrete outside, lacks a bit of atmosphere, under the swing the concrete is quite dangerous for falling kids.

7 of us stayed at this properly for 6 nights over the Easter break. The property is excellently laid out for large groups and is stylishly presented. Unfortunately, the weather was not as hot as last year so we were not able to fully enjoy the properplus
7 of us stayed at this properly for 6 nights over the Easter break. The property is excellently laid out for large groups and is stylishly presented. Unfortunately, the weather was not as hot as last year so we were not able to fully enjoy the property as much as we'd hoped and as a stone-built property, found it quite chilly at night. We were a little disappointed to find that basic supplies like sugar, salt & pepper, soap and washing up liquid were not included meaning that were without these items until the following day as we arrived on a Sunday and the shops had all closed by 2pm. Also please be mindful that electricity is charged additionally (which is stated in the terms of the property listing - but we missed it - which came out at 10 Euros per day = 60 Euros). This is not something I have ever experienced in 3 years of using AirBnb and is a bit of an add-on. On the plus side - the pool area is fantastic (just like a hotel) and there is plenty of room for the kids to play in. It's a perfect spot if the weather was nice and hot as you'd normally expect in Mallorca. Two BBQs are also ideal for self-catering. The owner and agents were all very communicative and professional.

Sant Vicens, située à Sa Pobla, est une grande villa dont le charme ne vous laissera pas indifférent. La maison, entourée d'un vaste terrain verdoyant, dispose d'une grande piscine devant le porche et d'une terrasse avec chill out et chaises longues.
À l'extérieur, nous pouvons également profiter de la fraîcheur sous le porche sur les canapés extérieurs, ou encore manger en compagnie dans la salle à manger extérieure en profitant du fantastique grill disponible sur la terrasse pour cuisiner les meilleurs plats grillés.
La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes dans ses 4 chambres doubles spacieuses et lumineuses, toutes équipées de la climatisation et du chauffage. Nous disposons de deux chambres à coucher avec des lits doubles, l'une d'entre elles ayant un accès à la terrasse et une salle de bains en suite. La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits simples, et la quatrième chambre a un accès à la terrasse et un très grand lit double. La maison dispose de trois salles de bains avec douche et toilettes.
À l'intérieur, nous pouvons voir le salon avec un coin TV confortable avec des canapés confortables et un coin repas. Il y a également une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils modernes.
