Pine Beach is a cosy apartment located in Port d'Alcudia, a short walk from the wonderful Alcúdia bay, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as being close to clubs and leisure areas.
Pine Beach is the ideal home to move around the north of the island and enjoy the summer with family or friends.
The house has capacity for 4 people with its three bedrooms. The first has two single beds, the second has a bunk bed for two and the third has a double bed.
It is equipped with a fantastic and modern separate kitchen that has everything necessary to prepare its best recipes. The living room with air conditioning is a bright and airy space, perfect for enjoying the summer breeze. It has a television area with a sofa and an indoor dining space.
Outside we will enjoy the terrace with an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying a summer dinner in company.
There is free parking availability in front of the house.

💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.
A charge of 0.35E/kWh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid in cash to the owner at the end of the stay.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

I stayed at the apartment with two friends and we really enjoyed our visit. There are many restaurants, shops and bars you can easily walk to. We didn't have a car and found ourselves traveling by foot, renting a bike and taking the buses which are nsee more

The flat ES CELLER in the old town of Alcúdia has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 persons.
Accommodation of 60 m² cosy, fully equipped and very central, close to restaurants and bars.
It has a space with desk and chair to work.
It is located in the heart of Alcudia village, close to all the shops,
10 m from the restaurant El Patio,
400 m from the Despar supermarket,
3 km from the sandy beach Playa de Alcudia,
3 km from the amusement park Hidropark,
4 km from the rocky beach Aucanada,
6 km from the golf course, Club de Golf Aucanada,
61 km from the airport and is located in a charming area close to shops and restaurants.
