Welcome to Finca Bon Pas, a charming holiday villa located just 250 metres from Manresa beach, in Mal Pas, surrounded by picturesque pine trees and the serenity of the sea. This beautiful property is situated in a natural and tranquil environment, close to the old town of Alcudia, making it an ideal option for those seeking a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

Bon Pas has been designed with special consideration for accessibility, being completely suitable for people with reduced mobility. The villa is distributed on a single floor and has wide doors to facilitate wheelchair access, as well as a fully equipped bathroom for people with disabilities.

This cosy property can comfortably accommodate 6 adults plus 2 children under 16 years old. The main house includes two double bedrooms and a bathroom, while the annex located 20 metres away consists of two rooms connected by a sliding door and a fully equipped bathroom adapted for people with disabilities.

Each room in the villa is equipped with air conditioning, with a heat and cold pump to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Additionally, the villa offers an independent kitchen fully equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, providing guests with the freedom to prepare their own meals if they wish.

The place is a true paradise to enjoy the summer, thanks to its spacious private swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens. Additionally, it features an outdoor shower with cold and hot water, sun loungers for sunbathing, and a Balinese bed to immerse oneself in the tranquillity of the island.

The property also offers numerous entertainment areas for both adults and children, with a basketball hoop, ping-pong table, two slides, two mini football goals, a badminton and volleyball court, a golf training area with 7 holes, swings, hammocks, a wooden treehouse for children, and bicycles for adults and children.

The porch surrounds the villa and offers various spaces to enjoy the outdoors, including a spacious table for outdoor meals in good company, an area with comfortable armchairs, a barrel table with stools, and another outdoor dining area next to an outdoor kitchen with a grill, ideal for preparing delicious roasted meals. The barbecue area is fully equipped and firewood is provided free of charge. Additionally, the property has private parking and the plot is fully fenced, ensuring the safety and privacy of guests.

IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- 💡 Important note about electricity consumption:
Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.41 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
- In Mallorca, especially in rural areas or near nature, the presence of insects such as mosquitoes, ants or wasps is common. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island.

Additional service included in the price: extra cleaning every 7 days during the client's stay. A review will be carried out in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean sheets and towels will also be provided.
