Welcome to your private retreat on the island of Mallorca. This stunning stone finca, located just 3 kilometres from Ariany, offers an authentic experience away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
With 230 square meters of living space, this 3 bedroom country house, decorated with care, the bedrooms have comfortable beds: two singles and two doubles. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bathtub and an outside toilet provide comfort, while the fully equipped kitchen and cosy living-dining room make you feel at home. Modern technology, including satellite TV and high speed internet, is combined with traditional touches such as a fireplace for cooler days and air conditioning in the bedrooms (hot/cold).
Sustainability is key, as the finca is powered by solar panels. Enjoy the spectacular outdoor area with seating and sunbathing areas, a large outdoor barbecue and a children's playground complete with slide and swing for the little ones.
The jewel in the crown is the 8x4 metre swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. Bicycles on site offer opportunities to explore the surroundings. For sporting activities or simply enjoying the starry nights, this is the perfect place.
IMPORTANT:

Sehr sehr saubere Finca mit herrlichem Ausblick, etwas ab vom Schuss aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe . Zu Besuch kamen Abends sogar Schildkröten. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

Welcome to the heart of the island.
This beautiful stone house is located just 1 kilometer away from the Majorcan village of Ariany and is in a very quiet location.
Here you are far away from mass tourism and especially to find peace and relaxation.
The finca has 120 sqm of living space over 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two further with 2 single beds. Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and furnished with all the comforts. The cozy and bright living room invites you to linger. Even satellite TV and WIFI, you must not miss in your well-deserved vacation (fibre optic). There is a fireplace for the cold winter days.
Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. The lovingly furnished seating offer unforgettable views and moments in your well-deserved vacation days. A large outdoor grill is available and ample space for collective barbecues is given. A table tennis table is also at your disposal.
On the terrace the large pool (9x4m) does integrate and cozy sun beds are provided.

Sa Rota is a charming estate located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Ariany, a picturesque inland village of Mallorca, surrounded by almond trees, windmills and agricultural fields. An ideal destination for those seeking to disconnect in the midst of nature, enjoy the landscape and explore the island by bicycle or on foot.
