Beautiful and cosy farmhouse with swimming pool in the midst of nature.
This beautiful country house is located near the village of Campos, in the Southern area of Mallorca.
Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., will be within your reach and some of the best beaches on the island such as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colonia, will be just 10 minutes by car.
The cosy Mallorcan farmhouse has stone walls both inside and outside, vaulted ceilings and 150 m² of living space with capacity for 5 people. It offers a cosy living-dining room with two sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, WiFi... and a kitchen, with an open concept, fully equipped.
One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have three single beds, both have air conditioning. It has two bathrooms, one of them on the ground floor and the second on the first floor.
The estate is characterised by having a delicately maintained outdoor area, in the beautiful garden you will see all types of Mediterranean plants and will discover several areas to sit and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
There is a barbecue, a ping pong table, a large 8x4m swimming pool that will delight both adults and children on the hottest days.

Wir waren im Sommer 21 in der Finca, zu fünft. Sehr abgelegen und ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 8-10 Minuten Entfernung.
Bei Ankunft sehr sauber, bei Problemen haben wir immer schnelle und freundliche Hilfe bekommen!

Bei Ankunft sehr sauber, bei Problemen haben wir immer schnelle und freundliche Hilfe bekommen! Auch als es ein Problem mit dem Pool gab wurde uns innerhalb einer Stunde geholfen. Insgesamt sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Wir haben sogar zur Begrüßung und zwei mal zwischendurch selbst geerntete Tomaten, Paprika und Eier des benachbarten Hofes bekommen. Vielen Dank, bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder! |

The house is located in the south of Mallorca, between the towns of Campos and Santanyí, medium-sized towns where you will find all the services you may need: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, petrol stations, etc... Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia de Sant Jordi, well-known beaches in Mallorca, are just 16 minutes away by car.
The Farm is furnished with light wood furniture and has 200 m² of living space and capacity for 6 people.
The kitchen, with a semi-open style and an American bar, is well equipped. There are three bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with two single beds) and two bathrooms with a bathtub.
The house has a cosy living-dining room with satellite TV and Wifi and a fully equipped American kitchen.
In winter, it has central heating.
In the outdoor area: you will find the large 10x5 m swimming pool, with its sun loungers and relaxation area, porches, chairs... In one of the porches there is another table where you can enjoy any meal in the fresh air. From there you can control the entire pool and terrace area. An outdoor grill for barbecues with family or friends.
