The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle, perfect for enjoying meals at home. The living-dining room offers a warm atmosphere thanks to its fireplace and includes satellite television with channels in Spanish, English, and German.
For greater comfort, the accommodation has air conditioning and heat pump, safe, iron and internet access (WiFi). Additionally, it has an outdoor parking area with capacity for 4 vehicles.
Outside, Sa Pedrera is a true paradise: a 10x4 m saltwater swimming pool, private garden, furnished 80 m² terrace and a barbecue area invite you to relax surrounded by nature and mountain views.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finca. Alles sauber und eine sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Toller Pool mit Daybeds und ausreichend Platz mit weiteren Liegen. Campos mit seinen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist misee more
Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer traumhaften Finca. Alles sauber und eine sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Toller Pool mit Daybeds und ausreichend Platz mit weiteren Liegen. Campos mit seinen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr netter Inhaber, der sich um alles kümmert.

Wir waren sehr überrascht über die neuen Gartenmöbel und die tolle Außenanlagen. Das Haus ist wirklich extrem sauber und selbst die Bäder haben keine Schimmelflecken oder Abnutzungsspuren. Auch ist das komplette Haus in einem sehr gepflegten zuwandtesee more

Auch ist das komplette Haus in einem sehr gepflegten zuwandten. Die Lage ist sehr toll. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommende Mann der regelmäßig den super schönen und sauberen Pool reinigt. Das Grundstück ist riesengroß und durch den Zaun um das komplette Stück Grundstück fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es sofort an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen.

The house has a cosy living-dining room with satellite TV and WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the outdoor area, you can cool off in the large 10x5 m swimming pool and relax on the sun loungers. On the exterior porch, there is another dining table with seating for 8 people. Next to the house and outdoors, you will find a barbecue for succulent outdoor meals.
A ping-pong table in the garden will delight both young and old.
The views from the porch or terrace are towards the swimming pool and the beautiful garden.

Beautiful and cosy farmhouse with swimming pool in the midst of nature.
This lovely country house is located in the countryside between the towns of Campos and Santanyí. The best beaches on the island: Cala Llombards, Cala Santanyí, are just 10 minutes by car.
This beautiful and charming property has 170 square metres of space, ideal for 8 people. It offers a successful blend of a rustic farmhouse with a modern atmosphere.
An open-plan living room / dining room will welcome you upon entering the house, with sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi, a large dining table and cold / hot air conditioning. The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, facilitates the preparation of delicious meals and will surely help make family holidays a special time.
There are four bedrooms, all with two single beds, and two bathrooms, with three on the upper floor and one bathroom; The fourth bedroom and the second bathroom are on the ground floor.
