The modern induction American kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, along with crockery and utensils to prepare any type of meal with ease.
Outside, the estate has a 30 m² furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, a barbecue for your gatherings and a griddle. In addition, it has a garden with furniture, private swimming pool and open-air parking with capacity for 4 vehicles.
The estate is equipped with air conditioning and heat pump heating, WiFi internet access, hair dryer and television with multilingual satellite TV (Spanish, English and German).

Modern and elegant Villa Son Calet, located in a very pleasant area between the towns of Muro and Llubí.
The house has all the amenities guests may need nowadays, with modern touches and excellent taste the entire property has been furnished and decorated with high-quality materials.
You will find the town of Muro about 5 minutes' drive away, also about 12 km from the local beach.
