At the property we will find a large sunny pool in front of the house, the perfect place to swim and sunbathe on the sun loungers with complete tranquillity.
There is a porch space with a dining area and barbecue with grill ideal to enjoy meals in the best company, or reading a good book by the shade.

Once inside, we can appreciate the simple and rustic style. 2 different living rooms area with AC, WiFi and television with sofas and armchairs coexist in harmony. Then a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven and a long counter: ideal for preparing and enjoying their best recipes.
The house has a capacity for 8 people with its 4 rooms equipped with confortable beds with air conditioning and heating.
On the ground floor we have a double bedroom, an ensuite bathroom with toilet and shower and another bedroom with single beds. On the first floor we will find the third bedroom with single beds and a fourth bedroom with a large bed with the same features as the previous ones and a modern bathroom with toilet and shower ensuite.
On the first floor we will also find another modern bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Manacor is a small city, with many things to offer. Some of them the Torre dels Enagistes, translated: Tower of the Jesuits, is currently a museum! We can find some Windmills and weekly markets, La Perla Majorica factory and you cannot miss a visit to the restaurants and bars of Manacor and try their specialty.

For the most athletic in Manacor we find the notorious sports center, Rafa Nadal where we can keep fit with a Bicycle or playing tennis.
