Garrovera is a spectacular holiday villa located in the exclusive area of the Serra de Tramuntana, in the municipality of Pollença. Built mainly with marés —the native stone of Mallorca and favourite in traditional architecture—, the villa maintains an ideal indoor temperature both day and night, thanks to its natural thermal properties.

One of the main attractions of Garrovera is its splendid double pool with a waterfall, surrounded by a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden and a cosy chill out area. From here, you can enjoy impressive panoramic views that extend to the horizon, framed by cypresses, pines, olive trees, small palm trees and carob trees.

The entrance to the house is made through a charming porch covered in climbing plants, which houses a large dining table with seating for 8 people, ideal for outdoor meals. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, comfortable garden furniture and an elegant Balinese bed, perfect for resting and disconnecting in the midst of nature.

Inside, the living room reflects the Mallorcan rustic charm with exposed wooden beam ceilings and noble furniture around the fireplace. The atmosphere is completed with a comfortable sofa, a central table and two vintage Mallorcan rocking chairs, alongside original elements such as steel windows and restored light wood.

Next to the living room, the dining room maintains a traditional Mallorcan style with authentic antique furniture, a classic chandelier and a table with capacity for eight diners. This room stands out for its luminosity and excellent natural ventilation.

The villa has four spacious and bright bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds of 90x200 cm. One of the main bedrooms also has a private terrace with spectacular mountain views.

Both bathrooms have been completely renovated and feature spacious showers, modern and functional furniture with storage space. The kitchen, also renovated, presents a modern style in white tones and is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your favourite dishes.

Garrovera is the perfect place for a relaxing and revitalizing holiday in Mallorca, where comfort, design and nature merge in perfect harmony.

The propperty offers a living area of about 130 square meters and offer accommodation to six persons. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroomwith a double bed, and the other two with two single beds, has two bathrooms with shower.
The living area has a nice size dinning table to accomodate all the family or a group of friends to enjoy nice meals, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to spend quality time with yours, also the house has air conditioning.
At the next building next to the house,you will find a nice covered bbq that offer a nice garden furniture to spend great bbq in family or friends.From here you have direct access to the large pool with comfortable sun beds. If you prefer the beach you are just 15 minuts drive from the local beach.
