Sant Vicens, located in sa Pobla, is a charming villa that will not leave us indifferent. The house, surrounded by a green and extensive land has a large pool facing the porch and terrace with chill out and sun loungers.
Outside we can also enjoy the cool under the porch on the outdoor sofas, or enjoy eating in company in the outdoor dining space, taking advantage of the fantastic grill that has the terrace to cook the best dishes.
The house has capacity for 8 people with its 4 spacious and bright double bedrooms. All of them have air conditioning and heating. It has two bedrooms with double beds, one of them with access to the terrace and bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth has access to a terrace and an extra-large double bed. The house is provided with three bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Inside we can see the living room with a comfortable TV space with comfortable sofas and a dining space. We will also find a kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances.
Of course, the property has parking available.

Romantic, Mallorcan finca with stunning countryside views
Beautiful and modern Villa near Sa Pobla with a lovely mountain views. The house has a living area of approx 250 sqm. The ground floor, by the entrance at your right you get the stairs that take you to the second floor, on your left side you see the first bedroom and ahead a dining area in an open concept with the living area full equipped , Also the kitchen is super modern with a bbq . On the first floor there are two further bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.
Outside, the house got a large garden with a big swiming pool and a bathroom. The place provide a lovely space where familiy and friends can live unfgortables moments.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption (0,35 Eur/kW).
- Heating according to consumption (1,20 Eur/litre).
- A refundable deposit is charged.
