Located in a quiet and natural environment, the Son Vado estate in Santa Margalida offers the perfect refuge for those seeking to disconnect in the heart of Mallorca. With a total area of 2,000 m², this cosy property combines comfort, privacy and the charm of Mallorcan rural life.
The house has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people, with a carefully equipped interior of 136 m². From the accommodation, pleasant views of the garden and the surrounding mountains can be enjoyed.
Outside, the spacious grounds include a private garden, a barbecue area, a 26 m² furnished terrace ideal for outdoor dining, and a private swimming pool to cool off on the warmest days. The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for families with children. It also has a parking space in the same building for one vehicle.
The modern and functional American kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and everything necessary to comfortably prepare meals: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Among other amenities, the house has a fireplace, electric radiators, Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German), hairdryer and iron.
It is also located near supermarkets, restaurants, and train and bus stations.
It is recommended to rent a car to fully enjoy the surroundings and comfortably access nearby beaches and points of interest.

Nous regrettons sincèrement que la climatisation n'ait pas fonctionné comme vous l'espériez, surtout en raison des températures élevées. Nous nous excusons pour les désagréments que cela a pu causer. Nous prenons des mesures pour améliorer l'isolation des chambres afin de garantir le confort de nos hôtes, même pendant les journées les plus chaudes. Beautiful country house in the north of the island, located in Santa Margalida, in a rural area just 7 km from the sea and the beautiful beaches of Alcudia Bay.
Capacity for 4 people. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and a luxurious bathroom with a shower.
Fully equipped kitchen that connects to the living-dining room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
For the winter months, there is a pellet stove in the living room with ventilation slots in the bedrooms and bathroom.
Suitable for children, with a wonderful private pool, a swing on the large lawn and a barbecue. Outside there is a beautiful garden lawn area. There is even a ping-pong table available.

Rustic family estate with stunning views.
Son Morro Farm is entirely private, in a perfect location between the very touristy town of Ca'n Picafort and the quiet locality of Santa Margalida. The sandy beach of Ca'n Picafort is just 7 km away, where supermarkets, restaurants and shops abound.
The house is accessed through the cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofas. TV, WiFi and music system are available. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with cold/heat air conditioning.
An exterior staircase leads to a balcony, from where there is a great view over the countryside to the sea and mountains.
