Son Perot is a village in Maria de la Salut, located in a reserved and natural space where we can fully enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the island.
It is an exclusive and privileged property that has magnificent facilities surrounded by an exquisite garden. Without a doubt, the benefits and services of this house will not leave us unsatisfied.
We will be able to enjoy a large plot of land where we will find palm trees and trees, a pool with sun loungers and a wonderful terrace covered by an awning where we can enjoy the best dinners in the cool air or its chill out with comfortable armchairs. Son Perot also has an amazing pool in a separate building.
Up to 8 people can be accommodated in its 4 rooms with air conditioning, heating and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. It has 4 double rooms with a double bed and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds.
Inside the house we have a wonderful living room with a modern design with comfortable sofas, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, in which we will not lack anything to prepare our best recipes.
