Fantastic and renovated estate in Sineu
Between Sineu and Ariany, a few minutes from the town centre.
Capacity for 4 people.
Completely renovated, all rooms are on a single floor,
Enjoy your stay in this luminous and tastefully furnished property. You will have at your disposal a spacious living-dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen. There is satellite television and you will not have to do without Internet/WLan.
In the winter months, the property can be heated with a pellet stove (pellets are not included in the price).
There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite.
Cosy outdoor area with a large porch and dining area, the garden is surrounded by fields. There are sun loungers by the 4x8 metre swimming pool. There is also a barbecue area to enjoy delicious meals and pleasant evenings in the company of family or friends.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

This beautiful country house is located 4 kilometres from the town of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 4 people.
It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, another with bunk beds and capacity for 3 people and a bathroom. The living room and dining room, bright and cosy, invite you to stay. The outdoor area with well-maintained lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. One must not forget the pleasant neighbourhood, the small donkey "Luis" who is always happy with pleasant visitors.

Country house with swimming pool for 6 people located near the town of Sineu, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The nearest beach is just 20 minutes by car.
This typical Mallorcan stone farmhouse has 100 m² of habitable surface and is prepared for 6 people. Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious living/dining room, where there is a cosy fireplace, dining table, 2 sofas, television with satellite channels and WiFi. In the fully equipped American kitchen, delicious Mediterranean dishes can be prepared.
In total, there are 3 bedrooms with fans (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bathtub) in the house.
All rooms are on the ground floor, the upper part is used as storage.
There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. These operate by coins.
This farmhouse with a swimming pool is distinguished by the beauty and care of the outdoor area. In the garden, you will find all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several cosy rest areas. There is also a barbecue and a ping-pong table available.
On the terrace there are comfortable sun loungers and the 4x6 metre pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.
