    Cas Sastre is a charming house located in the heart of the old town of Alcúdia, with capacity for 8 people and a total of 4 bedrooms. With an area of 260 m², it offers comfortable accommodation, fully equipped and with mountain views, ideal for enjoying the historical charm of the area with all amenities at hand.

    Its excellent location allows you to enjoy on foot the best bars, restaurants, shops and monuments of Alcúdia.

    The property features a cosy 28 m² terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. It also offers WiFi, air conditioning and heating throughout the house, satellite TV (Spanish, English, German), and a workspace with desk and chair, perfect for those who need to work remotely during their stay.

    The American kitchen, with a modern style and fully equipped, has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as all necessary utensils, including coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

    Note: To access the accommodation, it is necessary to climb stairs, as the lodging does not have a lift.

    Cas Sastre is the ideal place for those seeking to experience the authentic Mallorcan atmosphere in an environment full of history, with easy access to both the beach and nature and leisure activities.

      Modern villa for 8 people, 100 m from the beach

      This modern and immaculate villa is located just 100 metres from the beach. This area is known for its excellent kite surfing and is very popular among surfers. Located a short distance from the ancient walled city of Alcudia, this bright residence is the perfect base for a holiday in northern Mallorca.

      The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by very well-maintained gardens.

      There is a secure parking area at the front of the property. The back garden houses a closed swimming pool with a safety fence for the protection of young guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby is a brick barbecue in the shade of an old olive tree.

      The swimming pool is next to a solarium with grassed area furnished with sun loungers.

      Access to the villa is through a two-storey lobby with a characteristic wall and an open-plan staircase.

      There is a spacious and airy lounge with double-aspect glass doors providing access to the front and rear terraces. This room, decorated with vibrant colours, features satellite television, WiFi, a large formal dining room and access to the kitchen.
