Tamarell is a spacious holiday home designed to accommodate up to 6 people and is located near supermarkets, restaurants, as well as bus and taxi stops. Strategically positioned between the Port of Alcudia and Can Picafort, Tamarells is oriented towards the beautiful Bay of Alcudia, located just 300 metres away. This area is known for its extensive beach with turquoise, crystal-clear and shallow waters, ideal for families with children to enjoy unforgettable moments. A relaxing walk along the shore, with feet in the water, offers impressive panoramic views of the horizon.

A Paradise for Nature and Sports Lovers
The Playas de Muro area is a paradise for cyclists, with personalised infrastructure and services, as well as routes designed for both professionals and families who wish to take rides. If you prefer walking, you will find a variety of hiking routes. We cannot forget to mention the s'Albufera Natural Park, a place where you can delight in dunes, marshes and a diverse bird ecosystem.

Tamarells has a spacious garden, lawn, a barbecue and an outdoor dining area perfectly suited to create unforgettable memories with family and friends.

Inside, you will find a cosy living-dining room with satellite television and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The house has three bright rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. In addition, it has two bathrooms, both with a bathtub and renovated.

Chalet for 6 people, 100 metres from the sea

A fabulous chalet with stunning sea views just metres from the tranquil waters of Pollensa Bay. This establishment is located in the prestigious residential complex of Es Barcares, just 5 minutes by car from the medieval walls of the city of Alcúdia. Es Barcares is known for its excellent conditions for kitesurfing and is very popular among surfers.

With 150 m² of living space, it is prepared for up to 6 people. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and offers satellite TV, DVD and WiFi. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes with local products that you can buy at the weekly market in Alcudia (Tuesday and Sunday). In front of the kitchen there is a 25 m² balcony with a cosy dining area.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor.

On the outside, you will find a 40 m² terrace and a 800 m² garden with lawn, Mediterranean plants and a brick barbecue. There is also a room where you can store your bicycles.
