    Description

    Casa Los Pinos is a beautiful property near Port Adriano, in El Toro in the municipality of Calvia. It is a house that will call our attention for its architecture and its garden that leads us to imagine the best summer vacations on the island.

    El Toro or Racó de sa Fragata is next to Port Adriano and seven kilometers from Santa Ponça. Its name comes from the Arabic word door and borrows it from the nearby Illot del Toro, a rock that served as an access point to the bay of Medina Mayurqa for Muslims, the current Palma, which dominated Mallorca until the first third of the 13th century.

    The cove formed between Punta Prima and sa Punta des Carragador houses a single beach, El Toro, a sandy beach with fine golden grain. In its rear part a high and vertical natural wall rises, of reddish tone product of the high content of iron oxide in its substrate, which names the neighboring Cala de Penyes Rotges. An urbanization has been built on these cantiles. This fact explains that there is a massive influx of residents from the area.

    The fact that this beach, protected from the south component wind, is next to the mouth of Port Adriano makes it unusual to anchor boats in its vicinity. Even so, the navigator must know that the marine and underwater conditions are optimal for the depth of sand and algae, at a depth that ranges between three and five meters.

    Road access is simple following road signs. The private vehicle can be parked free of charge for its surroundings. You can also opt for public transport. The bus stops near this beach.

    The garden is run by a swimming pool in the center, where we can cool off before or after sunbathing peacefully on the sun loungers or resting in the Balinese bed. The garden is a peaceful place where children can play with the swing and slide, but we can also enjoy a pleasant reading under the shade of the pines or a barbecue that we can share at their outdoor tables while we feel the summer breeze.
    Its interior will not leave us indifferent. We will find a spacious living room with dining room and a curious TV space next to the fireplace. Your kitchen is a bright space with views where we will find everything you need to show off with our best recipes. We will also find multiple terraces and balconies in the house, from where we can enjoy the best sunrises and sunsets.

    In Los Pinos up to 8 people can be accommodated in its 4 large and bright bedrooms. Two of them are provided with two single beds each and the other two with large double beds. Three of the rooms have direct access to the terraces.
    The house has a total of two bathrooms with shower, toilet and bathtub.

    Without a doubt Casa Los Pinos is the perfect property to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
