Welcome to your home in the urban centre of Muro, Mallorca. This spacious and bright house is located 10 km from Muro beach, considered one of the best in Europe. It consists of three floors with four bedrooms and offers a perfect balance between comfort, luxury and Mediterranean essence, integrating elements of traditional Majorcan architecture with the latest trends in functionality and design, which gives the stay a personal and exclusive character. The house is fully air-conditioned, making it comfortable at any time of year, and also has access to high-speed WiFi throughout the property.
On the ground floor you will find the welcoming living room, perfect for relaxing, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, offering a functional and practical space. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ideal for those who prefer to have their own private space. Finally there is a garage for one car, offering comfort and security for your vehicle.
The garden, with its refreshing swimming pool and barbecue area, is the perfect place to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and create unforgettable memories.
On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, whilst the other two share an additional bathroom. Each bedroom is carefully decorated and equipped to guarantee a comfortable stay for all guests.
On the third floor, you will discover the games room or home office. This space features a ping-pong table and a PlayStation games console for entertainment and fun, as well as a quiet and intimate area, with cable internet connection, in case you need a space where you can work. Additionally, you can enjoy a spacious solarium with panoramic views of the village, or on the opposite side, of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Essbereich/Tisch im Aussenbereich: Draussen im Essbereich bräuchte es dringend ein Ventilator. Obwohl wir erst gegen 21:00 Uhr gegessen haben, war die gestaute Hitze kaum auszuhalten. Wir waren nur zu viert, wenn ich mir aber vorstelle, dass 8 Personen an diesem Tisch müssten, wäre er eher zu klein. |

Spacious and modern village house with swimming pool
This modern terraced house is located in the beautiful village of Muro. It has a living area of 180 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The spacious lounge is equipped with comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
There is a fully equipped kitchen.
Central heating is available throughout the house.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms. 2 with two single beds and 2 with a double bed. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room. The other two bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub, 1 en suite, are located on the first floor.
In the exterior area, which is very well maintained, there is a lovely furnished terrace of 40 m2 that includes a barbecue, next to the 5x4 metre swimming pool with sun loungers.
