Large house in an excellent location, in the north of the island, a few steps from the beach.
Excellent house with capacity for 8 people, just a few steps from the beach, in an excellent location in the north of the island, incredible views, a very peaceful place to spend delightful holidays with family or friends.
The house has a beautiful living room and a very well-equipped kitchen. It has a total of four bedrooms, two with a double bed and the others with two single beds. On the first floor, you will find two bathrooms with a shower, it also has a good-sized balcony. A cosy pellet stove is available for the winter months.
In the house there are kayaks to enjoy the sea, it has a good-sized terrace where you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea, there is also a barbecue to prepare your meals with family and friends in a paradise location.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 kW per person per day)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Pellet stove available on the ground floor (Pellet not included)
- Parties not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

We were there at the end of september and we had very good weather. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet location but it was what we were looking for. We enjoyed our evenings in the terrace and our morning running.

Our visit (5 adults and 3 children) in this house was excellent.
Sea is very near to the house and in the evening we had a great opportunity to admire beautiful sea views and spend family time on a huge terrace - eating dinners, drinking coctails asee more

Sea is very near to the house and in the evening we had a great opportunity to admire beautiful sea views and spend family time on a huge terrace - eating dinners, drinking coctails and playing cards. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet, peaceful place to spend perfect vacation time. House was large, clean as well as very well furnished and equipped. There was no need of having air condinioning, because in most evenings there was a very nice and freezing breeze. House was a good starting point to visit other beautiful beaches of Mallorca. We will definitely comeback in the future. |

The amount of emails I have received fromthe property is simply not acceptable. This included even unrequested recommendations about groceries. I had to pay separately the city tax, and leave additionally a separate deposit. I was also forced tomanuasee more

I was also forced tomanually all the ID’s of the guests for the host, otherwise they would not give me indications how to enter the property. To get check-in information (precise address and code to unlock the key) I had to ask twice. Finally, one of the 4 bedrooms (supposedly double room) had no closet, it was uncomfortable to stay there as a couple. The other bedrooms better though.

First of all, we would like to clarify that the online registration is compulsory in Spain, it is included in the Royal Decree 933/2021, where it is specified that all the required information is needed to access the accommodation. Therefore, you could not receive the arrival information if you did not complete this process beforehand. We regret that you did not read the description of the housethe booking confirmation, where it was clearly specified that the tourist tax and deposit were paid separately. Finally, the email you mention that you received about groceries, is an online supermarket service, which delivers the food to the house, it is a service highly used and valued by 90% of our guests, as it makes their arrival much easier we regret that in your case this is not the case. |

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Unsere Gruppe von 7 Leuten hatten ausreichend Platz, die Zimmertüren sind super. Wenn unten gekocht wird und die Schlafzimmertür geschlossen ist, bekommt man davon überhaupt nichts mit. Das Haus sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche nach Belieben. Für die Terrasse gab es ausreichend Stühle und einen sehr großen Tisch. Sehr schnelles Internet ohne Abbrüche, Mallorca Charme hat immer sehr zeitnah auf unsere Fragen reagiert, hatte eine unendliche Geduld mit uns weil wir immer manche Sachen doppelt und dreifach verschickten oder gar nicht. Dafür möchten wir uns noch mal außerordentlich bedanken. Auch vor Ort wurde zeitnah reagiert. Wir werden dieses Haus wieder über Mallorca Charme buchen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, der Service und die Lage, alles war perfekt!!

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Der Ort ist ruhig, es gibt eine schöne Strandbar, ein paar nette Restaurants und einen gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen. Der Strand hat einige Felsen aber man findet trotzdem gute und flache Stellen zum reingehen ins Meesee more

Der Strand hat einige Felsen aber man findet trotzdem gute und flache Stellen zum reingehen ins Meer. Gut gefallen hat uns die Aussendusche, die zahlreichen Stühle und der große Tisch auf der Terrasse. Ein paar neue Küchenutensilien könnten allerdings nicht schaden und 1-2 Sonnenliegen wären auch super. Die Straßenlaterne direkt davor nervt tatsächlich wenn man Abends auf dem Balkon sitzt. Vielleicht kann der Ort die Lampen ja mal umweltbewusst dimmen, oder jede Zweite abschalten? Kajaks zur Verfügung zu haben ist super, man ist schnell zur nächsten Bucht gepaddelt. Allerdings muss das gelb/weiße Kajak repariert werden, es war leider undicht. Gerne wieder!

Great location with an amazing view from both the front porch and the balcony. The kayaks are an added bonus and there are 2 small grocery stores near by to pick up essentials as well as a couple restaurants. Our family enjoyed our time!

Das Haus ist nicht direkt am Meer sondern es befindet sich noch ein weiteres daneben. Das Kochgeschirr war in einem miserablen Zustand und zum kochen ungeeignet. Trotzdem konnte aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster das Meer gesehen werden und die Wellen rauscsee more

Die Lage war toll und nah zum Strand . Es war relativ ruhig und man fühlte sich auch sicher. Der Ort ist außergewöhnlich und die Menschen hier freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte sich wirklich wohl fühlen und Mallorca von seiner schönen Seite kensee more

Am Ferienhaus könnte man sicher einiges verbessern. 1 Tisch für den Außenbereich ist zu wenig. Eine Art Überdachung fehlte mir, da wir gern draußen sitzen (auch bei Regen) und das Meer beobachten. Auch ein ausreichendes Außenlicht o.ä. , da es schon see more
