It is located in the Port of Alcudia, 150m from the bus stop, 45m from the Erosky supermarket, 80m from the Italian Pizzeria Eccomi Pizza, 250m from the Burger King fast food, 350m from the Playa de Alcudia sandy beach, 900m from the La Cabaña restaurant, 1 km from the Hidropark water park, 2 km from Es Gran Llac lake, 4 km from the Alcanada rocky beach, 4 km from the Alcanada Golf Club, 50 km from Palma de Mallorca Airport and is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
It has garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German).
The independent, electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
IMPORTANT:

Dans cette maison, plusieurs points sont à revoir : c’est très problématique que les têtes de lit des chambres doubles ne tiennent pas. Il faudrait qu’elles soient fixées, soit à la paroi du lit, soit au mur, mais il faut absolument qu’elle soit fixesee more

Ensuite, dans la maison, le frigo se ferme mal car le joint est hors d’usage, le pommeau de douche, de la salle de bain du bas est HS Et des cafards sont présents dans le salon.
