Die direkte Meerlage ist toll, allerdings ist die auch nachts befahrene Landstraße hörbar, sodass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nachts geschlossen bleiben mussten.

The beach of Alcudia is only 1000 metres away as well as a wide variety of restaurants, shops and leisure activities for both adults and children of the house.
A well located house close to everything with lawns, trees and a sun lounger area where you can enjoy sunbathing.
Villa El Lago has a very bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, free WiFi, sat tv and very comfortable sofas. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in one bedroom.
The independent kitchen with dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your most delicious dishes.
3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom with single beds.
Ficus has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
A perfect little house very central for sun and beach lovers. (This property does not have a swimming pool)

Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia; the largest beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is located between the natural reserve of the Albufera and the mountains of "Sa Victoria". In Puerto de Alcudia you will find many restaurants, shops, leisure and water sports.
"Nico" has 3 bedrooms, all of them equipped with double bed. Besides, one of them has a bathroom in suite. In the house there are a total of 2 bathrooms with toilet, both equipped with shower.
The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The living-dining room has satellite TV and all the amenities.
The terrace is completely furnished so that we can eat out in the fresh air. In addition, we can take a bath in the wonderful private pool and relax in the hammocks.
If you want to spend your holidays in Mallorca, "Nico" is the ideal option to enjoy the summer with your family or friends!
