Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia; the largest beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is located between the natural reserve of the Albufera and the mountains of "Sa Victoria". In Puerto de Alcudia you will find many restaurants, shops, leisure and water sports.
"Miramar" has 5 bedrooms, 4 of them equipped with 2 single beds each, while the other has a double bed. In the house there are a total of 4 bathrooms with toilet, 3 of them equipped with shower while the last one has a bathtub and shower.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The bright living room with views has satellite TV and all the amenities. It also has a furnished terrace for eating in front of the sea.
We can take a bath in the wonderful swimming pool and relax in the Balinese beds.
The property also has a gymnasium, with a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Das Haus ist nachts sehr sehr laut durch die Poolpumpen. Es gab Nächte da war an schlafen gar nicht zu denken da es einfach zu laut war.

This spacious villa of 280 m², with capacity for 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and offers a cosy atmosphere, perfectly equipped to enjoy unforgettable holidays. The accommodation stands out for its beautiful views of the mountain and the garden, in a quiet and family-friendly environment.
The layout of the house is very comfortable: on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a full bathroom. On the upper floor are the other four bedrooms and three additional bathrooms, one of them en suite, integrated into one of the bedrooms.
Located just 2 km from the historic centre of Alcúdia, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and the Morer Vermell rocky beach. It is also 4 km from the popular sandy beach of Puerto de Alcúdia, the Hidropark water park and the prestigious Alcanada golf course. The S'Albufera natural park is just 8 km away, and the Sa Pobla train station is 12 km away. Palma airport (Son Sant Joan) is located 57 km away.
The villa has a spacious garden with a fenced area, outdoor furniture, a 30 m² terrace, barbecue, balcony, private pool and parking within the property. It is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, television with satellite channels in various languages, washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer.
The independent kitchen, with a modern style and ceramic hob, includes fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
