Great apartment with perfect location in Port d'Alcudia. There are many grocery shops nearby and only few hundred meters to beach. Beach promenade have a lot of restaurants. Apartment was clean. First floor is living room, kitchen bathroom and one besee more
Great apartment with perfect location in Port d'Alcudia. There are many grocery shops nearby and only few hundred meters to beach. Beach promenade have a lot of restaurants. Apartment was clean. First floor is living room, kitchen bathroom and one bedfoorm with queen bed.
Second floor is 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. 1 of those bedroom is with queen bed and 2 other bedrooms are with 2 single beds. One of those 2 bathrooms is located inside queen-bed bedroom. Steep stairs to down, so if your feet is wet, come down very carefully, because it gets easily quite slippery. There is 1 AC in living room downstairs and second AC on second level queen-bed bedroom. All other bedrooms have portable fans. Pool was 8 meters long ang water temperature was warm. Other end have stairs to pool and other end is enough deep for basic jumping. Wifi worked nicely. Backside of house is grill and dining table. You can buy coals for the grill from Eroski center (Av. Reina Sofia), which is about 800m from apartment. Electricy was 0.30€ / kwh and we consumed 266kwh in one week so electricy cost was ~80e, which was taken from damage deposit and then rest of deposit were returned to credit card. We had almost all the time 2 AC on and pushing cool air to apartment. Otherwise normal living. (Normal lights at mornings / evenings and water kettle boiling hot water few times per day. Almost every day we washed laundry and dish washer was turned on couple of times per day.) |

Owners were waiting us when we arrived and they were extremely friendly, but they only speaked Spanish, which we did not speak so it was hard to understand all details and clarifications from owner.
Minor negative thing was that there was two times see more

Minor negative thing was that there was two times at the evening one cockroach walking in floor in upper level bedroom / bathroom, but cockroaches are common in Spain. We put them to sealed plastic bag and carried away from apartment. |

Extra payment for tourist taxes and electricity. Pri rezervaci nebylo uvedeno, ze k cene se bude pripocitavat jeste turisticky poplatek a vyuctovani elektriny. Navic jsme tedy zaplatili jeste 46 EUR + 30 EUR za elektrinu.
