Additionally, the exciting water park "Hidropark Alcúdia" is just 2 km away, perfect for a day of family fun. If you prefer the beach, the beautiful "Alcudia Port Beach" is 3 km away, where you can enjoy the sun and sand.
The house has all the amenities you need: a fully equipped independent kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher, so you can prepare your favourite meals. Relax in the garden or on the terrace, or take a dip in the private pool. You will also have access to Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating so you feel at home at any time of the year.
With an outdoor car park and a strategic location, you'll be a short journey away from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. Don't forget to explore the Albufera Natural Park and the Alcanada golf course, both just 7 km away!

The cleaning, the shower is leaking we had to dry the floor after, the kitchen utensils could be of better quality, the wine opener was broken, the big knives were so bad that we bought 2 and left them there.
The bath towel had stains so did not losee more
