Sa Marina is a picturesque beach, charming and quiet, a magical place where time stands still when on holiday. La Calma is a semi-detached villa which has been completely reformed with the best materials. The interior has that Mediterranean feel where the colour scheme is white and blue and the furniture is elegant and functional. The main feature of the house is the large terrace overlooking the beach with excellent views of the sea and bay. It has an outdoor dining area and coffee and reading nook. The other plus is the Majorcan interior patio with a contemporary edge with a second outdoor dining area and fantastic chill-out area.
The living and dining area is also great: open to the terrace and sea with panoramic views, it has a charming TV area with comfy sofas, designer dining table, and at the back is the kitchen: designer furniture and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
La Calma has three elegant, light, spacious and comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) with access to the terrace; the second room has a 150 x 200cm double bed with access to the interior patio, and a twin bed room with two 90 x 200cm beds. The three bedrooms share two complete designer bathrooms, each with their own large showers. Romaní is definitely a holiday home with charm, the ideal option to escape to the beach with your partner, family, or a group of friends. It's just 5 minutes away from the centre of Alcudia and 10 minutes from the Port of Alcudia, with its beautiful beach, stretching over 10km, great for kids.

Die direkte Meerlage ist toll, allerdings ist die auch nachts befahrene Landstraße hörbar, sodass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nachts geschlossen bleiben mussten.

There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in one bedroom. The independent kitchen with dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your most delicious dishes. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom with single beds. "Nico" is a beautiful villa with swimming pool in the area of Alcudia, with capacity for 6 guests. Beach 500m Supermarket 300m ATM 2km Weekly market 2km Airport 60km Golf 5km Neighbors 20m approx Hospital 4.7km Alcudia is a town located on a peninsula in the north of the island, surrounded by the sea between the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia; the largest beach in Mallorca. Alcudia is located between the natural reserve of the Albufera and the mountains of "Sa Victoria". In Puerto de Alcudia you will find many restaurants, shops, leisure and water sports. "Nico" has 3 bedrooms, all of them equipped with double bed. Besides, one of them has a bathroom in suite. In the house there are a total of 2 bathrooms with toilet, both equipped with shower. The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The living-dining room has satellite TV and all the amenities. The terrace is completely furnished so that we can eat out in the fresh air. In addition, we can take a bath in the wonderful private pool and relax in the hammocks. If you want to spend your holidays in Mallorca, "Nico" is the ideal option to enjoy the summer with your family or friends!
