Villa Jeronimo is a charming villa located in Muro with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people, ideal for enjoying a family holiday by the sea.
This cosy and modern accommodation of 130 m² offers privileged views of the S'Albufera natural park and the carefully tended garden surrounding it. For tranquillity and respect for the environment, groups of young people under 30 are not accepted, except for families with children.
The villa is located just 300 m from Muro beach, one of the most highly rated on the island for its white sand and crystal-clear waters, and just a few metres from all services: supermarkets, restaurants, cash machines and the weekly market.
It has a pleasant outdoor space with a garden, furnished terrace, barbecue and private pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The interior is equipped with free WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and several bedrooms, heat pump heating, satellite TV (Spanish, English, German), hairdryer and iron.
The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has everything necessary: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, juicer and more.
A perfect villa for those seeking comfort, proximity to the beach, and a unique natural environment.

Lake Village is a village formed by two terraced houses, in Playa de Muro with views of the mountain and the natural and privileged landscape of the Albufera de Alcudia, close to the beach and very well connected to move around the north of the island.
Playa de Muro is the most extensive sandy beach in Mallorca, and includes four sections that cover a total of nearly six kilometres. Located in the village of Muro, next to Alcúdia, on the northeast coast of the island, each of the four beaches that form Playa de Muro are of white sand, some with sand dunes.
Playa de Muro is an ideal beach for all age groups and serves both tourists and local residents.
It is a highly popular beach among families due to its easy access, restaurants, facilities on the beach itself, activities focused on children, such as children's areas, and the exceptional shallow waters, where it is necessary to walk quite far before the depth becomes noticeable.
Playa de Muro forms a very popular starting point for holidays, with large hotels and houses, holiday rental apartments within walking distance of the beach.
It is undoubtedly the ideal property to spend fantastic holidays with family or friends in the north of Mallorca. Parties and groups of young people are not allowed.

- Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.
- You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when not inside the villa.
- Guests will be obliged to dispose of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.
- ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, or exceeding the number of permitted occupants in the dwelling.
The owner has the right to expel the customer and all guests from the apartment, whether during the day or night, without providing any refund. The amount already paid for the reservation and damage deposit.
