Casa Gavines is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to excellent leisure activities both during the day and at night: just a step away you will find a wide range of bars and restaurants, pubs, markets, shops, and attractive recreational offerings, especially water-related activities.

Also on this upper floor, we find a fully equipped and complete bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer.

Our stay at this property was very nice. The house is really few meters from the beach and even our 1.5y daughter just walked there. We had everything we need (in the kitchen, for the baby, for the beach and also parking at the street was available asee more

Holiday home just a few metres from the beach
Perfect holiday home to share with family or friends.
It can accommodate up to 6 people, distributed on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and cosy living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and there is also a bathroom with bathtub.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in the three bedrooms.
The outside area and location are better than the inside of the house.
Large terrace with comfortable furniture, barbecue, sun loungers and shaded and sunny areas according to your preferences.
It is located just 200 metres from the beautiful Playa de Muro, in the north of Mallorca.
Great location to get to know the best of the island.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
