Casa Gavines is a cosy summer house of 72 m², ideal for families and couples looking for a holiday by the sea. It is located in Playas de Muro, just 200 metres from the Bay of Alcúdia, the most extensive beach in Mallorca, known for its fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, perfect for enjoying with children or friends.
The property is distributed over two floors and offers all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to the garden and a charming terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The house also has an independent, electric kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals during your holidays. For greater convenience, it has Wi-Fi connection, satellite television and a cold/hot air pump in the living room. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, two comfortable bedrooms are located:
A master bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and access to a private balcony.
A bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), ideal for children or companions.
On this same floor, there is a second full bathroom, equipped with a shower, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer.
The exterior of the house invites relaxation: a private garden with an outdoor dining area, a sunny terrace and a barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant evenings at sunset.
Located in a quiet residential area, Casa Gavines is a short distance from a wide range of leisure activities, both during the day and at night. Just a few steps away, you'll find bars, restaurants, shops, markets, and recreational activities, especially water-based ones, that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption. (0.36 Eur/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.

It has capacity for 6 people, distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor is the spacious and cosy living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor are the other two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two single beds and there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
