Playa de Muro - Villa

Lake Village is a villa formed by two townhouses, in Playa de Muro with views of the mountain and the natural and privileged landscape of the Albufera de Alcudia, near the beach and very well connected to move around the north of the island.

Playa de Muro is the largest sandy beach in Mallorca, and includes four sections that cover a total of about six kilometers. Located in the town of Muro, next to Alcúdia, on the northeast coast of the island, each of the four beaches that form Playa de Muro are white sand, some with sand dunes.
Playa de Muro is an ideal beach for all age groups and serves both tourists and local residents.
It is a highly popular beach among families due to its easy access, restaurants, facilities on the same beach, activities focused on the smallest, such as playgrounds, and exceptional surface waters, in which it is necessary to walk quite far to start to notice its depth.
Playa de Muro forms a very popular starting point for a vacation, with large hotels and houses, holiday rental apartments within walking distance of the beach.

It is undoubtedly the ideal property to spend a fantastic holiday with family or friends in the north of Mallorca. Parties and youth groups are not allowed.

Rules:
- No smoking inside the property.
-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when not inside the villa.
-Guests are obliged to dispose of any rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
- ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!
In case of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour of any person in your group, or exceeding the number of occupants allowed in the house.
The owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat, either during the day or at night, without giving any refund. The amount already paid for the reservation and the damage deposit.
