Die direkte Meerlage ist toll, allerdings ist die auch nachts befahrene Landstraße hörbar, sodass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nachts geschlossen bleiben mussten.

The beach of Alcudia is only 1000 metres away as well as a wide variety of restaurants, shops and leisure activities for both adults and children of the house.
A well located house close to everything with lawns, trees and a sun lounger area where you can enjoy sunbathing.
Villa El Lago has a very bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, free WiFi, sat tv and very comfortable sofas. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in one bedroom.
The independent kitchen with dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your most delicious dishes.
3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom with single beds.
Ficus has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
A perfect little house very central for sun and beach lovers. (This property does not have a swimming pool)

Villa Nico is a charming 400 m² property located in a quiet residential area of Alcudia, ideal for a family or friends holiday. With capacity for 6 people, this villa combines comfort, space and an excellent location near the sea and all services.
The house has three bedrooms, all with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, and in total there are two full bathrooms, both equipped with a shower. The spacious living-dining room, decorated with a cosy style, offers satellite television and direct access to the terrace. The American kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with everything necessary so that you can cook comfortably during your stay.
In the exterior, Villa Nico offers a perfect space for rest and entertainment. Enjoy the furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor meals, a well-maintained garden area, and a barbecue for your summer evenings.
