Mantenimiento de la casa deficiente con aspecto antiguo y sobre todo descuidado(zona de lavandería, armarios de las habitaciones y de los baños, las puertas o se caían o se abrían mal, la mampara del baño no se mueve correctamente, etc). Sensación de inseguridad (fácil acceso desde la calle saltando las verjas). Manojo de llaves sin etiquetar para qué es cada llave, dificultad para abrir las contraventanas, etc). En la bañera de arriba no había alcachofa para colgarla. La ducha de la piscina no salía agua y olía mal. Los cojines, textiles y cochas de exterior estaban todos sucios y con manchurrones. El único mantel que encontramos en uno de los cajones también estaba muy sucio y con manchas como si no se hubiese lavado desde los inquilinos anteriores. La atención de alguien que te llame y te explique y no dejar rl 100% de la comunicación a un chat

Queremos aclarar que en el anuncio no se indica que haya garaje disponible, ya que este servicio no está incluido en la reserva. Lamentamos cualquier confusión que esto haya podido causar. Respecto a las manchas y la suciedad mencionadas, no recibimos ninguna notificación ni fotos durante su estancia, por lo que no pudimos verificarlo ni tomar medidas al respecto. De haberlo hecho, habríamos enviado inmediatamente a nuestro equipo de limpieza para solucionarlo. En cuanto al mantenimiento, revisaremos cuidadosamente los puntos que menciona —zona de lavandería, armarios, puertas, mampara, y las condiciones de la ducha y los textiles— para mejorar lo antes posible. Respecto a otros aspectos como la falta de alcachofa para colgar o el aspecto antiguo de la casa, entendemos que es una cuestión muy personal y que la propiedad se reservó conociendo estas características, ya que las fotos y detalles están visibles en el anuncio. Sobre la seguridad, tomamos muy en serio sus comentarios y estudiaremos soluciones para reforzar el acceso y la señalización de llaves para facilitar su uso. Respecto a la comunicación, entendemos la importancia de un trato más directo y personal, por lo que valoraremos incorporar llamadas de atención más activas junto con el soporte digital.
